No they don't
My first "guess" is yes. The menu has a large variety of options. I feel sure you will enjoy your experience. Their menu is probably posted on line if you want to review it before you get there. Enjoy
No. Walk ins are welcome
Yes
The food was absolutely delicious. This is probably the best pizza in the Tri-Cities. However, the service was sub par. The food took ages to get get to us ( close to 1 hr) and the server came to see us a grand total of 2 maybe 3 times. Probably won't be eating there too often. What a shame...
Great food, great service, clean bathrooms, what more could you ask for.
Absolutely fantastic experience here! We went in shortly after they opened at 11, and they were delighted to have us! Everything was very fresh and delicious, cooked to order and extremely tasty! The waitress was personable and attentive, everything about this place was positive! We are eager to go back some night to experience the live music and bar!
Machiavelli's has a creative special every Friday night! The food is great, the wine is great and the breadsticks are life.
Good food and fast service on a very busy night.
Good food, good atmosphere. Service is adequate.
Came in on a snowy night and had a great meal! Soup and pizza hit the spot. I like specialty pizzas and there was a great selection. Service was just a little slow, but that may have been staffing because of the weather. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area again.
We were seated but then ignored. No one took our drink order. A server walked right by our table twice without stopping. We overheard someone in the kitchen say it would be a 45 minute wait for a pizza so we got up and left. Skip this place and find somewhere else in Bristol.
Great pizza and Italian dishes. Fun atmosphere.
Great spot to stop and unwind. We were traveling through when we decided to stop and this was the spot everyone agreed on. The drive into town off the highway was beautiful and scenic and the main drsg downtown ends (or begins) at Maciavelli's. The servers were super pleasant and friendly. We ordered a pizza, lasagna, and the pasta fazool soup (pasta and bean). The soup was tremendous, they incorperated white and red beans in an Italian chilli style soup. I will definitely be stealing this for myself. The lasagna was also nice with loads of ricotta in what was probably 7 layers of pasta love. The pizza was my only concern, the dough was a little biscuity were I expect a little crustiness with a bit of chew. A little mineral water in the recipe can help to add some of that crispiness though. What do I know, these guys had awards hanging from every wall so they are doing something right.
Great chicken salad
Great food and fun atmosphere. Fantastic place to bring visitors.
The best!
Awesome food. And the service is top notch. No long waite to eat.
Was an excellent meal excellent staff and a reasonable price.
Food was very good. Staff was attentive and enthusiastic. Great atmosphere
Great pizza place, eclectic atmosphere, friendly staff and great food.
Hands down best place in downtown Bristol for entertainment and food!
Near the top of the food chain when it comes to pizza in Bristol; while I don't eat here nearly as often as I would like, I would recommend dropping in whenever you can. In a town where good food isn't always easy to find, Machiavelli's is a gem.
Fun staff, good food & delicious wines & cocktails.
Food is good, nice atmosphere. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will go back.
I wish there were more choices on the pasta, but the food was very good and the service was excellent!
Was looking forward to trying this place out since I was in town. Ordered the chicken Marsala and pasta fagioli for the soup. Soup was described as “Italian chili”. Asked if it was made w/kidney beans (which is traditional), and was told “yes”. It wasn’t traditional, but still tasty. Barely had a few beans, mostly had pasta and ground beef in a red tomato soup but was seasoned well, On the sweet side. However, when Marsala came I was disappointed. It was served in a pasta dish, and had bits of chicken and mushrooms mixed in with lots of overcooked capellini pasta. Not tasty at all. Chicken Marsala should be served on a flat plate, with whole cutlets, mushrooms, and a rich Marsala sauce. A little pasta on the side, but not the main feature.
Fantastic food, great service, nice atmosphere !
Fantastic Pizza, good atmosphere and staff were both attentive and pleasant. I definitely will stop back in on my next trip.
Hands down, the best pizza crust I’ve ever had in my life! I also enjoyed the toppings options. I’ve never eaten inside of the restaurant, only ordered carry out for work. Based on the taste of the food and the consistency, I highly recommend Machiavelli’s to any pizza lover!
Our server was excellent!! As soon as our caprese salad was eaten, the Italian baked wings appeared & no sooner had we wiped our fingers, the Mediterranean pizza was there! Basil on the caprese salad was fresh & aromatic with a delicious, sweet balsamic. Baked wings were new for me, but I will definitely try to make those at home. The Italian seasoning on them was fragrant & tasty. Pizza was hot & colorful with a golden, crisp crust. I wish there were fewer black olives because they were overpowering at times. Next time I will ask for them on the side. Otherwise, it was a great meal!
A simple place with friendly staff. We had a white pizza and some salad. The pizza was not bad. Overall a nice meal.
This is my parents best pizza place, i recommend this is the best pizza restaurant in Bristol downtown area. I have always loved eating here, great service and great taste.
Pizza was good. Had a very good selection at the bar. Good place to have a romantic dinner or a night out without the kids.
Best pie in Bristol. Enjoy this photo of my basic, yet perfect, pie.
Best Italian in the Tri-Cities!! Best Pizzas on Earth!! And the bar is like Cheers, everyone knows your name and they're glad you came!!
The food , service and atmosphere were great!
Great food, excellent prices and the entire staff is wonderful. We’ve never had a problem with the service or the food and they treat you like family. Highly recommended!
The food was good, but the service and the staff is Not! Not sure what’s in the food however. Have gotten floating stuff in my drinks. Staff do not care. They laugh. They are immature and I’m not sure the owner has any control over their behavior toward customers. I guess they get paid regardless.
Excellent food. Good service. Really neat building with historic pieces in the bathroom etc.
Meets a threshold slightly above "bare minimum" in terms of food being edible. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak pizza, and got a Philly Sandwich instead. Not the end of the world ( I love both, right?), so I happily ate away. It was sub-standard to say the least. I am a beginner cook at best, and I feel 100% confident that I could have made something twice the quality at half the price. My wife and her friend shared a comparable level of dissatisfaction at the manicotti. I would love to give this restaurant another try, but not at the rates I paid for the first failure.
Food was not good, service wasnt alot better, price was extreme for what it was, also the Building is beautiful, with kind of an "old Italian" vibe which is nice for an italian restaurant, but, the atmosphere is ruined by some kind of loud "grunge rock" music? I dont really know what kind of music it was but it does not fit the "old Italian" vibe at all. Oveall not a good experience.....sorry, this really is an honest review from my family's point of view......maybe an off night?
Nice people and great service.
Great food, sweet service!
Food is really well made. Service was above average! If you like Italian food you'll like Machiavelli's
Nice quiet park this time of year. Rangers are nice and park is clean. There seems to be several campers that stay for long periods of time. There was a tent "city" in the bottom section that was not very appealing. It was multiple tents with animals, people, tarps, household items and palettes.
I've ate here twice and both times were not great. The pizza at lunch was like a pita bread, it was terrible. Ordered breadsticks another time and they were cooked fine, it's just a weird taste. I just don't like the food. The atmosphere is laid back no hostess you kinda just walk in, not really a fan of that either. I give it 2 stars cause nothing terrible happened.lol
Great food, Great and Romantic Cozy feel. GREAT service. THANKS, will recommend to anyone
Great Cracker and cheese plate with fruit. Also had sausage pizza was really good
Great restaurant in Bristol Virginia, close to state line. Great friendly service and delicious food. Salads made fresh to order and potato bacon soup was excellent. Nice atmosphere and parking across the street. Highly recommend
We needed a late dinner, and checked the hours online before selecting a restaurant. We arrived at 9:30. The closing time on Saturday is 10:30. We were told that we couldn't order entrees, which meant that we had to have appetizers for supper. In addition, our wine was served in plastic cups. I guess that they had already washed the dishes, and didn't want to wash more?Honestly, if you arrive at a restaurant an hour before closing, you should be able to order supper. If they don't want to serve dinner after 9:30 on a Saturday night, they need to change their hours. The food was about average, as was the service. The decor was nice, and it's great to have an Italian restaurant downtown. That said, I don't know if we will choose to eat there again.
This place is a gem. I sat at the bar and my server was delightful and helpful with menus selection and suggestions. And the attention to service was super. The food was top notch. I had the lasagna and the soup special which was a Southwest style Chile that was to die for. If I wasn't flying the next day I would have gotten a quart to go. The lasagna was piping hot and everything I was hoping for. The pumpkin cheesecake was excellent as well. I can only hope I am in Bristol again soon so I can come back again.
I had the lasagna and salad and bread sticks as a suggestion from Justin and it was amazing..i always get great food and service when I visit, just an awesome staff and place to unwind.
Great food! the crowd was light for dinner but the calzone I had was fantastic and priced fair.
